From sponsoring IPL Cricket teams to becoming the first Indian brand to sponsor Mr. Olympia (World’s most prestigious bodybuilding & fitness competition), they have seen exponential growth.

MyFitness is super confident on Influencer Marketing right from the beginning. From having their brand ambassador as Fitness Youth Icon Sahil Khan (10M+ IG Followers) to getting cricket legend like Harsik Pandya (20M+ Followers) and Bollywood actors such as Kriti Sanon (45M+ followers), etc; they’ve seen the power and results that Influencer marketing brings to the table.

Premise

Almost all customers of MyFitness are on Instagram. Our aim is to get them to share their experience with their Instagram fam and track the sales generated via this Word of Mouth.


Who was Eligible for this?

You can set multiple conditions based on follower count, engagement rate, influencer grade, Post count, etc in InfluencerBit Dashboard.
For MyFitness, the eligibility criteria was simple: any person with 150+ Instagram followers.


Incentive

If any eligible person mentions the brand (@myfitness in this case) on Instagram, their Instagram username is made into an active coupon for 10% discount for the next 30 days on MyFitness Website.


Communication (Email + Instagram DM)


1. Asking people for their Instagram Username at the Order Checkout

Once the customer has purchased the order they see the order confirmation screen. InfluencerBit embeds a widget asking them if they want to join the Brand’s influencer program.

Every submission is enriched with Instagram stats like their follower-following-post counts and they’re tracked by our system when they mention the brand.

If they are eligible (more than 150+ followers), we mail them saying that their Instagram Username is now a Discount coupon for 10% off for your next orders.

To activate the code, just share your experience with the product and tag the brand on Instagram in a story.

All Emails are sent by your original mailing tool. We don’t wanna reinvent the wheel hence we integrate with any tool which you are using - Klaviyo, MailChimp, MoEngage, Omnisend, etc. There we create drip flows and reminders.


2. Mail them when they “receive the product”

For the other 86% of paid customers who didn’t give us their Instagram username at checkout, we mail them when they receive the product.

There we ask them for their honest experiences and if they wish to join the Influencer Program. If yes, all they need to do is mention the brand on Instagram.

3. What happens when they mention?

If they are eligible, we DM them a thank you / confirmation DM on Instagram that their Instagram username is now a Discount Code for 10% OFF after 15 minutes.

If we have their email (they came from order checkout), we also mail them the same info on their mail.
